Al-Rashad Also act as import agent for most of the wheat, cement, iron ore and urea export vessels. AL RASHAD was acting as agent / operator for the floating cement bagging plant named “ Cement 7 “ in Shuaiba Port from 1984 to 1989 . The scope of work was to import, receive and discharge over 120000 M/T bulk cement per month into the floating cement plant & export bagged cement to Iraq over land.
